My name is Trinity. I’m a farm-girl by birth, city-girl in location, veterinarian by occupation. I’m one of those “crazy people” you might see out running with my dog on your early commute to work. I love food – eating, cooking and baking – and enjoy experimenting to find healthier ways to enjoy foods we all know and love like cakes and pasta dishes. Diet-wise, I’m more into balance and most things in moderation than any particular diet or eating plan.

My blog is about my journey to a healthier life – both in what I do and what I eat. I post about my transition from couch potato to a runner, food and recipes (not always 100% healthy – everything in moderation!), my inspirations… and of course my cute dog might feature a little too as my faithful running companion.
